We are looking for an Experienced Designer with vision and voice to creatively lead our design team. The ideal candidate has strong communication, multi-tasking and organization skills, prior experience in construction/remodeling, and enjoys the challenge of cabinet design. Experience in Chief Architect or Design2020 a must.
As Lead Carpenter you will oversee on-site production and guide residential remodeling projects from initial setup through final completion.
The Lead Carpenter will coordinate daily job-site activities, maintain high standards for structural integrity and craftsmanship, support and direct crew members, and ensure each project reflects Blue Terra Design’s commitment to thoughtful design and quality construction. This role blends advanced hands-on finish carpentry with job site leadership, trade partner coordination, and client communication.

Candidates need to be willing and able to perform demolition and general labor in addition to being highly proficient at all aspects of interior trim & finish carpentry. Framing experience is a plus. Candidates should have experience in construction and trim work. A background in remodeling is preferred.
Project Coordinator
Collaborate closely with lead carpenters throughout the construction phase and support residential remodeling projects by coordinating schedules, materials, subcontractors, client communication, and project documentation. This role helps keep kitchen, bathroom, and home renovation projects organized and moving smoothly from pre-construction through final completion.
